Our products can be returned for an exchange or store credit, within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued. Products must be returned within 7 days, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Clearance/sale items are final. Please note that custom orders/sizes (jackets, blazers, etc.) can't be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective/incorrect merchandise contact us within 2 days of receipt. No exceptions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your store credit or exchange will be processed. If you wish to utilize a store credit, you will be issued a discount code that can't be combined with another discount.
We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
Only regular priced items may be refunded for a store credit or exchange (if that item is still available), unfortunately clearance/sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
